We Are Hiring: Customer Service Assistant.
Khat W Telephone is a premier phone shop specializing in the sale of phones, iPads, MacBooks, laptops, smartwatches, and all related accessories. Our goal is to provide exceptional products and customer service to our valued customers.
The form must be filled out for successful submission.
Required Experience:
– 2-5 years of experience working in electronics stores
– Product Knowledge: In depth understanding of various electronics products, including specifications, features, and functionalities.
– Experience in communicating effectively with customers
– Problem solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
– General knowledge and management of social media applications
Working Hours
– 10 hours
– From 12 PM to 10 PM
– One day off per week
Salary:
– Will be determined after the interview
Preferred Candidate:
– Preferably not a student
– Preferably live in Beirut
